• Attend and perform Technical On-line Demonstrations for potential clients. • Create and customize trial portals to help demonstrate the importance and use of the LMS. • Build out use cases for prospects and solve any integration questions that they would have. • Troubleshoot any issues that a prospect encounters in the LMS. • Respond to technical questionnaires and/or functionality questionnaires. • Assist the proposals team in responding to RFIs by answering any use case or technical questions a prospect might have. • Attend on-site demos with Account and Sales Executives.

Role Description World Wide Technology is seeking a Technical Solutions Architect (TSA) – AI High-Performance Networking to join our AI & Data practice, specifically on the High-Performance Architectures (HPA) practice within Global Solutions & Architecture (GS&A). You will be WWT's subject matter expert on the network fabrics powering AI Factories — designing InfiniBand, Spectrum-X Ethernet, and RoCE architectures alongside partners including NVIDIA (Mellanox), Arista, Cisco, Juniper, and Broadcom to deliver lossless, low-latency networks for the most ambitious AI workloads on the planet. You will sit at the intersection of WWT's NVIDIA, hyperscaler, and enterprise customer engagements — translating customer business outcomes into validated, scalable fabric designs that move models from pilot to production. Expect to spend your time pairing with customer architects, leading whiteboard sessions in WWT's Advanced Technology Center (ATC), and shaping the reference designs the rest of WWT's field organization takes to market. • Act as a technical expert for Pre Sales activities in the U.S. market. • Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and design tailored technical solutions. • Present and demonstrate Sweet Security’s solutions to both technical practitioners and executive stakeholders. • Ensure solutions are aligned with both customer needs and company objectives. • Provide technical guidance during post-sale onboarding and implementation to ensure customer success. • Partner with sales, product, and engineering teams to influence product direction based on customer feedback.

• Partner with the sales team and provide technical leadership to help customers understand how Databricks can help solve their business problems. • Consult on Big Data architectures, implement proof of concepts for strategic projects, spanning data engineering, data science and machine learning, and SQL analysis workflows. • Collaborate with fellow Solutions Architects, using your skills to support each other and users. • Become an expert in, promote, and recruit contributors for Databricks inspired open-source projects (Spark, Delta Lake, and MLflow) across the developer community.
