Role Description As a Delivery Leader based in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), you’ll work closely with governments to design and implement strategies that deliver on policy commitments. We are currently seeking an experienced consultant to support a health-focused engagement in the DRC. This is a short-term consulting engagement of approximately six months. - Drive Results-Oriented Client Engagements - Build trust-based relationships with partner organizations, government clients, and stakeholders to deliver shared goals. - Provide coaching and guidance to client teams, enabling them to achieve tangible, measurable results. - Collaborate with local governments and partners to facilitate effective relationship-building, problem-solving, and knowledge-sharing. - Lead Data-Driven Problem-Solving - Conduct data collection and analysis to extract insights, identify critical issues, and develop robust, actionable recommendations. - Simplify complex challenges and design effective strategies to address them. - Plan and Execute Strategic Delivery - Design, sequence, and implement prioritized reforms aligned with government strategy, driving delivery with urgency and optimism. - Facilitate interactive workshops and stakeholder meetings, ensuring smooth execution and alignment on project goals. - Develop High-Impact Communication Materials - Craft compelling, high-quality presentations, reports, and other communication materials for clients and internal leadership. - Translate project insights into clear, actionable deliverables to support decision-making and progress tracking. - Build Capacity for Sustainable Delivery - Lead training sessions, workshops, and feedback sessions to enhance delivery capabilities across client teams and sectors. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and collaboration within the client and Delivery Associates teams. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field; an advanced degree is a plus. - 3-8 years of relevant experience in the public sector, at consulting firms or international organizations with demonstrable client-facing delivery. - Demonstrated experience delivering project results in complex stakeholder environments and supporting government counterparts and partners to achieve measurable outcomes. - Strong understanding of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) context and experience working with government institutions, development partners, or implementing organizations in the DRC. - Experience in immunization, public health, health systems strengthening, or related sectors is required. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional fluency in both English and French. Requirements - Must have existing authorization to work in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. - Based in the DRC or willing to relocate for the duration of the engagement. - Experience working with immunization stakeholders and implementing partners. - Availability for a short-term (~6 month) consulting engagement. • Partner with customers • Guide prospects and customers through architecture discussions, onboarding, migrations, and production adoption • Own technical conversations • Help customers design scalable cloud and Kubernetes setups, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices around CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and deployments • Become a trusted advisor • Work closely with Account Executives, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to unblock customers and improve their overall experience • Improve how we scale • Turn recurring customer questions into better documentation, tooling, processes, and product feedback • Contribute technically • Contribute when useful to Qovery’s open-source ecosystem (CLI, Terraform Provider, tooling)

• Discovery & Solution Design: Evaluate legacy ecosystems, operational workflows, and infrastructure limitations (focusing on bandwidth optimization and high-volume traffic management). • LMS Architecture: Design sophisticated, high-scale LMS frameworks powered by Moodle and tailored EdTech innovations. • Technical Proposal & Specs: Formulate detailed architectural blueprints, including trade-off analyses, risk assessments, delivery timelines, and Azure cloud utilization projections. • Delivery Governance: Serve as the primary technical arbiter for engineering cohorts exceeding 20 developers, ensuring adherence to rigorous security and coding benchmarks. • Risk Mitigation: Proactively address architectural vulnerabilities, system bottlenecks, and technical debt.
