Role Description Reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, the Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment across a range of roles, with a strong focus on IT, risk management, transformation, and regulatory positions. This role supports hiring needs from high-volume requisitions to specialized individual contributor roles, adapting recruiting strategies to meet the unique requirements of each search. The Recruiter partners closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and build strong pipelines of qualified talent. Leveraging market insights and sourcing best practices, the Recruiter helps identify and attract candidates in competitive talent markets, particularly within technology and risk-focused functions. This role requires the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining consistent communication and an organized, efficient hiring process. A commitment to delivering a high-quality candidate experience defined by professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail is essential to success. Location: Remote (United States) Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding support. - Collaborate with hiring managers at varying seniority levels to define hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. - Deliver white-glove experience to both hiring teams and candidates. - Proactively source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and industry-specific networks. - Maintain accurate and timely data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular reporting and insights to leadership. - Stay current on market trends, talent intelligence, and recruitment best practices. - Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and networking meetups as needed. Qualifications - Demonstrated success and a proven track record in professional/life experience in specific job functions, projects, or industries. Military service can substitute for professional experience and/or formal education requirements. - Bachelor’s degree. - 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a corporate recruiting environment. - Strong sourcing capabilities, particularly using LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern sourcing tools. - Experience recruiting across a range of functions, including corporate business and technology. - Proficiency in ATS platforms such as Dayforce or similar systems. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Requirements - Recruiting certifications such as AIRS, Certified Talent Recruiter (CTR), or equivalent. - Background in staffing agency or recruitment firm, with successful transition to in-house recruiting. - SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification. Key Competencies - Demonstrates a commitment to delivering a high-touch, white-glove experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring candidates feel valued, informed, and respected. - Builds strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders to align recruitment strategies with business needs. - Proficient in managing all stages of the recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding support, across a wide range of roles and functions. - Skilled in proactively identifying and engaging top talent through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and industry networks. - Communicates clearly and effectively with candidates, hiring teams, and leadership, providing guidance, updates, and recommendations throughout the hiring process. - Continuously seeks opportunities to enhance recruitment workflows, improve efficiency, and elevate the candidate and hiring manager experience. - Maintains awareness of labor market trends, competitive talent landscapes, and recruitment best practices to inform hiring strategies and decisions. - Utilizes recruitment metrics and ATS data to provide insights, track progress, and support strategic talent acquisition initiatives. - Effectively manages multiple requisitions and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment, maintaining quality and responsiveness. - Upholds the company’s values and culture in every interaction, demonstrating empathy, discretion, and ethical decision-making.
