Role Description As our Demand Generation Manager, you will own the strategy and execution to transform OWC Jellyfish into a widely recognized industry staple — driving inbound leads that fuel $10M in annual revenue. - Own inbound lead growth. - Track, analyze, and optimize monthly lead count toward a goal of 607+ qualified inbound leads per year. - Create and publish content consistently. - Produce at least 2 case studies and 4 blog posts per month; develop quarterly product demo videos; manage a content calendar centered on customer pain points. - Expand reach. - Place cross-pollination articles on industry sites, coordinate localized events, and develop advertising and workflow content that meets buyers mid-research. - Convert website visitors. - Improve site conversion rate through targeted messaging, landing page optimization, and a clear customer journey from awareness to Marketing Qualified Lead. - Collaborate cross-functionally. - Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Web Development to align messaging, accelerate the sales cycle, and refine targeting. - Analyze and iterate. - Use data to continuously improve campaign performance, audience targeting, and content strategy. Success Metrics — First 6 Months - Inbound lead count: +70% within 3 months - Website conversion rate: +50% within 3 months - Sales cycle length: 2–4 weeks within 6 months Qualifications - 5+ years in demand generation, content marketing, or growth marketing — ideally in B2B technology or media/creative tools. - International mindset and experience required. - Demonstrated ability to develop and execute campaigns across multiple regions and cultures, with an understanding of how messaging, buyer behavior, and content strategy vary by market. - Proven ability to build and execute content programs that generate measurable pipeline. - Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, and marketing analytics. - Experience working with sales teams and CRM/marketing automation platforms. - Bonus: familiarity with post-production, video editing, or media production workflows.
