• Own and operate Omada’s AI Transformation and Business Process Excellence program, including governance models, intake processes, prioritization frameworks, executive reporting, and delivery oversight. • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives focused on improving operational scalability, reducing friction, strengthening governance, and optimizing business workflows across the organization. • Design and manage structured intake and prioritization processes for operational improvement initiatives, including evaluation frameworks based on business impact, complexity, effort, strategic alignment, and operational risk. • Maintain and govern a portfolio of concurrent transformation initiatives, balancing tactical operational improvements with larger multi-quarter strategic programs. • Define and manage program structures including project charters, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, stakeholder communication plans, executive updates, and success metrics. • Lead initiatives through the full lifecycle including discovery, current-state analysis, future-state design, implementation planning, rollout, adoption, and post-implementation optimization. • Establish and maintain operational governance cadences with stakeholders and executive sponsors to ensure alignment, transparency, accountability, and prioritization. • Drive consistent operational execution standards across transformation initiatives, ensuring projects are well-scoped, measurable, documented, and aligned with business objectives. • Develop scalable frameworks, templates, standards, and operating models that improve the maturity and repeatability of process improvement efforts across the organization. • Provide regular executive-level reporting on initiative progress, risks, dependencies, operational metrics, and realized business outcomes.

• Run day-to-day execution for sponsorships, vendor programs like BrightTALK, and paid campaigns across selected channels. • Own vendor relationships and program logistics, including timelines, deliverables, and follow-up. • Help expand verticalized campaigns by tailoring messaging and channel selection to specific industries and buyer segments. • Research, document, and recommend new channels, sponsorships, and campaign opportunities to test. • Support regional program execution across Europe and APAC as we expand localization. • Partner with marketing ops to execute lifecycle and nurture programs tied to key business objectives. • Track program performance and share recommendations that inform renewals, optimizations, and future tests.

Role Description Lead the Web Services team in the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of UUA web applications and digital services. Serve as the primary point of contact for new project implementations, staff consulting on technology solutions, and the management of key web service vendors. Qualifications - Demonstrated experience managing or leading a technology team, including setting priorities, providing feedback, and supporting staff development. - Proven ability to manage technology projects from initiation through delivery, including stakeholder communication and documentation. - Strong interpersonal, consulting, and communication skills; able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences to understand needs and identify appropriate solutions. - Broad familiarity with web technologies and modern application development practices sufficient to provide informed technical oversight. - Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities across multiple concurrent projects. - Occasional evening and weekend work may be required. - Annual travel to General Assembly may be required. - Familiarity with or understanding of the following is helpful but not required: - Content management system like Drupal. - Email marketing/transactional systems like SendGrid. - Modern relational database solutions like AirTable. - Web development languages including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL. - Cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices (e.g., AWS, Azure, Linux server administration). - Understanding of issues around anti-racism, anti-oppression, and multiculturalism. - Work or lived experience with BIPOC communities is of particular value. - Eagerness to work in an organization in which the dismantling of white supremacy is a high priority. Requirements - This is an exempt position with a salary midpoint of $91,400. Compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and geographical location, with offers potentially ranging from 10-15% higher or lower than the midpoint. • Overseeing the Care Navigation program, ensuring existing programs operate efficiently and new programs are successfully implemented and onboarded. • Managing relationships with health plan partners and overseeing internal policies, procedures, workflows, and teams conducting care navigation activities. • Providing telephonic care navigation services to individuals receiving services through various programs including: 1115 waiver programs, ILOS & VAB programs during implementation and onboarding periods. • Reporting to the Director of Intake. • Occasional travel to offices in Iowa and New York may be required. • Ensuring care navigation services meet professional standards, organizational policies, and industry best practices.
