Technical Program Manager

• Serve as the Technical Program Manager and Scrum Master for 2–3 engineering teams, owning both day-to-day execution and cross-team program delivery. • Lead end-to-end program management for complex technical initiatives and client implementations, ensuring smooth integration and on-time delivery. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives, while continuously improving team effectiveness. • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to translate roadmap priorities and technical requirements into clear, executable plans. • Own execution tracking across teams, including sprint health, milestones, dependencies, and delivery commitments. • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and blockers, proactively resolving issues to keep teams and programs on track. • Coordinate cross-functional and cross-team dependencies to ensure alignment on priorities and sequencing. • Drive continuous improvement of SDLC, Agile practices, and delivery processes. • Provide regular, clear communication and reporting on progress, risks, and key metrics to stakeholders and leadership.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or a related delivery-focused role, preferably in a SaaS or data-driven environment.
  • Hands-on experience working with Agile engineering teams, including serving as a Scrum Master or delivery lead.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-team technical programs from planning through execution.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across teams.
  • Comfortable managing competing priorities in fast-changing environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain effective under pressure.
  • Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Demonstrates a servant-leader mindset, enabling teams while maintaining accountability for delivery.

Role Description The Intern, Program Management supports client-facing projects focused on high-tech channel go-to-market (GTM) partner programs. This role works closely with experienced Sr. Client Managers and cross-functional teams to help enterprise clients successfully utilize Vistex Go To Market Software (GTMS), including: - Marketing Development Funds (MDF) - Rebates - Promotions - Rewards/Loyalty - Payments This is a hands-on, learning-focused role designed to provide exposure to global programs, enterprise clients, and real-world software-enabled services delivery. The intern will gain experience working with stakeholders across regions, functions, and levels of leadership while contributing to both established client programs and new business initiatives. Projects will include exposure to AI-enabled tools and workflows used within program services and operations. This role is well-suited for a self-starter who is comfortable working remotely, collaborating across teams, and supporting multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
