Full-Stack Performance Marketer, Shopify Apps
Company Vitals
• Own and scale all paid channels: Meta, TikTok, Google, Reddit, and any other channel that earns its budget • Build and ship creatives at high volume: static, motion, UGC-style, founder-led, talking head • Design and ship landing pages with different hooks, angles, audiences, and offers • Test messaging the same way you test ads • Wire up tracking that tells the truth: pixels, server-side events (Meta CAPI, TikTok Events API), UTMs, GTM, attribution windows, post-purchase surveys • Build full-funnel strategies across prospecting, retargeting, and conversion-focused campaigns • Run structured experiments at high velocity: A/B tests on creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages • Continuously optimize for CPA, ROAS, LTV, and payback period across every channel • Manage and allocate significant monthly ad budgets with confidence and discipline • Build clear reporting and dashboards to communicate performance and insights across channels • Stay ahead of platform changes, tracking updates, and best practices • Document learnings and create playbooks so the wins compound
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience running paid ads at scale across at least two major channels
- Proven track record managing significant budgets and driving profitable growth
- Has personally produced creatives that converted: static, video, UGC
- Can ship landing pages without engineering help (mostly Webflow)
- Comfortable wiring up tracking end-to-end: GA4, Meta CAPI, TikTok Events API, GTM, server-side tags, UTMs
- Deep understanding of paid mechanics: bidding, learning phase, creative testing, audiences, attribution
- Extremely data-driven: decisions backed by numbers, not opinions
- Creative-minded: knows performance comes from great creatives and clear landing pages, not just targeting
- Comfortable moving fast, testing often, and iterating aggressively
- Strong ownership mindset: treats the ad account like it's your own business
- Experience in Shopify, SaaS, or ecommerce is a strong plus.

This role owns the development and execution of our site strategy for FSAstore and HSAStore to drive revenue growth through improved site metrics. What you'll do - Site Strategy & Revenue Growth - Own and drive the ecommerce strategy for FSAstore and HSAstore, focusing on improving CVR, AOV, and overall revenue. - Develop and execute seasonal and evergreen site strategies, optimizing onsite merchandising, category prioritization, sorting rule, boosting/burring, informed by consumer insights and performance data. - Lead approval for monthly site flips and content strategy, partnering closely with Marketing on promotional calendars. - Personalization & Customer Experience - Build and scale personalized experiences across homepage, PLPs, PDPs, and product recommendations for both store brands to achieve personalization revenue goals. - Partner with Data Science and Product to deploy ML-driven recommendation models based on user segmentation and purchase behavior. - Own the personalization testing roadmap, from hypothesis development and measurement framework design through rollout and iteration. - Use CDPs, recommendation engines, and experimentation platforms to design, launch, and optimize personalized experiences across both storefronts. - Translate user journeys and behavioral insights into onsite experiences that drive relevance, engagement, and conversion. - Performance Analytics & Optimization - Own site reporting, co-creating reports for customer segments and tying it back to revenue targets. - Use A/B and multivariate testing to launch and iterate on new personalization strategies, with every initiative tied to CVR, AOV, or LTV impact. - Analyze user behavior data to surface actionable insights across engagement, acquisition, and retention. - Establish clear measurement standards for personalization lift, segmentation effectiveness, and ROI. - Team Leadership - Manage and mentor a team of 2–4 ecommerce specialists. - Foster a culture of performance, data rigor, and optimization across the site. - Partner cross-functionally with creative, UX, data, and product teams to align priorities. Qualifications - Minimum of 5–8 years of ecommerce experience, with at least 2 years in a 2,000+ SKU site. - Demonstrated ROI ownership, managing a site with real revenue accountability. - Hands-on personalization experience: building or scaling recommendation engines, dynamic segmentation, and measurable outcomes. - Strong analytical foundation, comfortable with Excel/Sheets, BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or equivalent), or building analyses. - Experience running structured experimentation programs (A/B, MVT) with statistical rigor. - Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Builder, or equivalent) and personalization/CDP vendors (Segment or equivalent). - Strong analytical skills; comfortable in platforms like Google Analytics and other reporting tools. - Experience managing, mentoring, and developing direct reports. - Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote environment.
