• Own and scale all paid channels: Meta, TikTok, Google, Reddit, and any other channel that earns its budget • Build and ship creatives at high volume: static, motion, UGC-style, founder-led, talking head • Design and ship landing pages with different hooks, angles, audiences, and offers • Test messaging the same way you test ads • Wire up tracking that tells the truth: pixels, server-side events (Meta CAPI, TikTok Events API), UTMs, GTM, attribution windows, post-purchase surveys • Build full-funnel strategies across prospecting, retargeting, and conversion-focused campaigns • Run structured experiments at high velocity: A/B tests on creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages • Continuously optimize for CPA, ROAS, LTV, and payback period across every channel • Manage and allocate significant monthly ad budgets with confidence and discipline • Build clear reporting and dashboards to communicate performance and insights across channels • Stay ahead of platform changes, tracking updates, and best practices • Document learnings and create playbooks so the wins compound
• Drive product strategy for major initiatives: Partner with leadership to define vision for specific product areas and deliver results at scale. • Prototype AI-powered solutions: Use your technical background and AI tools to quickly create prototypes, test them with users, and iterate fast. • Customer-first discovery: Run weekly customer interviews, analyze quantitative and qualitative data, and identify opportunities to solve real problems at scale. • Prioritize with impact: Lead prioritization across multiple initiatives, ensuring clarity and focus. • Collaborate with engineering & design: Partner closely with technical teams, speaking their language and accelerating delivery through clear, outcome-based thinking. • Champion product excellence: Ensure solutions are not just functional but delightful, maintaining Vitals’ reputation as one of the most loved apps in the Shopify ecosystem.
• You’ll own end-to-end marketing initiatives—connecting storytelling, distribution, and growth execution. • Lead high-impact campaigns (big bets) combining fuel (content, narrative, creative) + engine (distribution, channels). • Use generative AI tools (Claude, HeyGen, CapCut, etc.) to draft scripts, visuals, copy, video — then refine, iterate, humanize. • Shape and direct the look & feel of creatives (ads, social posts, visuals), collaborating with designers or producing drafts yourself. • Build and launch landing pages rapidly (via AI, Webflow, etc.). • Write or supervise blog posts, product pages, positioning, narratives (with AI support). • Publish and distribute content across site, blog, YouTube, socials, partner media, etc. • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, Shopify, and emerging channels. • Set up and monitor email flows: onboarding, reactivation, retention, affiliate outreach. • Partner with affiliates, creators, and brand ecosystem to produce UGC, co-created content, and drive installs / usage. • Dive into ASO - understand how LLMs, AI search, and evolving content norms affect discovery. • Define and track key metrics tied to installs, trials, retention, LTV, and growth. • Own optimization loops. • Spot and adopt new generative / automation tools, AI workflows, and productivity hacks to scale your impact. • Collaborate cross-functionally (product, design, engineering) to ensure content, messaging, and campaigns align with user insights, roadmap, and product advantages.
