• Act as the primary liaison between platform management, technical project management, engineering, testing, and operations teams. Ensure clear, consistent communication among all parties for each release. • Maintain up-to-date documentation and tracking sheets so that all stakeholders have the right information at the right time. • Create and implement best practices for software release management. • Define, track, and analyze key metrics to verify that releases are delivered on time and meet established success criteria. • Identify issues, risks, and regional differences prior to releases, then work with teams to analyze, escalate, and resolve them. • Work independently with stakeholders and owners to ensure readiness for release and to remove blockers. • Facilitate official go/no‑go decisions by defining the required criteria for approving a release. • Partner with operations and training teams to ensure agents are well prepared to use new tools. • Manage post-release follow-up: monitor adoption, identify issues, and conduct retrospectives to improve future releases.

• Support and help execute ŌURA’s federal government relations strategy, with a focus on healthcare, human performance, access, and revenue-related policy issues • Work closely with ŌURA’s Human Performance (HP) and healthcare teams to ensure policy efforts are aligned with clinical, research, and enterprise priorities • Monitor, assess, and communicate relevant legislative, regulatory, and political developments that may impact ŌURA’s business, partnerships, or growth opportunities • Develop policy positions, advocacy materials, and briefings that translate complex healthcare and technology topics into clear, business-relevant insights • Build and maintain relationships with Members of Congress, Congressional staff, trade associations, federal agencies, and other key external stakeholders to educate and advocate on ŌURA’s policy priorities • Support, coordinate, and lead meetings, briefings, and engagements on Capitol Hill and with external partners as needed • Assist in managing ŌURA's participation in relevant trade associations, coalitions, and industry groups, ensuring alignment with company objectives • Operate comfortably across multiple workstreams, stepping in to support emerging priorities, time-sensitive issues, and cross-functional initiatives as the business evolves

• Join Clearco as a senior leader on the diligence and underwriting team • Conduct reviews of SMB customers to reach robust, data-driven credit decisions • Work directly with customers and independently own credit decisions for individual accounts (approve/decline recommendations, exposure amounts, and key terms) • Develop and refine detailed risk frameworks for these decisions alongside the credit team • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to complete ad-hoc requests and projects, often with time constraints • Undertake detailed financial statement analysis to evaluate the financial health of Clearco customers and prospects • Test and refine specific financial metrics and ratios to enhance the speed and accuracy of our underwriting • Maintain expert knowledge of internal risk frameworks, authorization limits, and escalation processes • Act as a trusted risk advisor to leadership • Conduct ongoing analysis of the credit portfolio to flag risks and execute remediation plans • Continually stay abreast of underwriting best practices and expand knowledge.

• Support the safety surveillance of In Vitro Diagnostic and Software-driven products • Responsible for the collection, assessment, reporting, and management of adverse events • Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EU IVDR, Japan) • Perform case intake, triage, and processing of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) • Process and evaluate adverse events associated with diagnostic use • Coordinate medical review and causality assessment of adverse events • Support aggregate reporting and maintain compliance with global PV regulations • Review, triage, and assess product complaints related to genetic and diagnostic testing • Prepare and submit Medical Device Reports (MDRs) and vigilance reports • Collaborate with laboratory operations, bioinformatics, and software teams • Assess safety events associated with software as part of a medical device system • Ensure compliance with SOPs, GVP, and applicable quality systems
