Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a science-related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years of experience in scientific or technical roles within the clinical trials or life sciences industry
- Deep knowledge of healthcare and/or clinical trial environments
- Advanced analytical reasoning and data interpretation skills
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to influence diverse, cross-functional stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and drive alignment in complex, matrixed organizations
- Proven experience developing, launching, and measuring the success of strategic initiatives
- Executive presence with strong presentation and storytelling capabilities
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple competing priorities effectively
