• Support the development and ongoing optimization of pricing, packaging , discounting frameworks and commercial models across products and markets • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to evaluate pricing opportunities, customer segmentation, willingness to pay, and competitive positioning • Conduct pricing analyses including price elasticity, segmentation, margin analysis, and profitability modeling • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to support implementation and market rollout of pricing initiatives • Monitor pricing KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve revenue performance and commercial outcomes • Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales teams on deal structuring, pricing approvals, contract terms, and commercial negotiations • Partner with Finance and Legal to evaluate deal risk, profitability, and compliance considerations • Maintain pricing governance and ensure consistency in commercial policies and approval workflows
Job Requirements
- 3-5 + years of experience in a highly analytical role with strong exposure to pricing, monetization, deal desk, or revenue optimization
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with BI or CRM tools ( e.g. Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong business acumen , high attention to detail, strong ownership mentality, and results-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly explain analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
- Experience working in Saas, technology, digital products, subscriptions, or data-driven businesses
- Familiarity with experimentation methodologies, pricing research or statistical analysis techniques
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics , Mathematics, Business, Finance, Statistics or a related analytical field preferred.
