Role Description We’re looking for a Account Executive to join our team remotely in Mexico. Responsibilities - Learn and understand client’s brands, business models and business objectives. - Act as sales support for client initiatives, sales opportunities, prospecting, and lead generation. - Support the account management team with the identification and proactive presenting of retail, consumer trends relating to account objectives. - Communicate daily with internal teams and external creative agencies as well as domestic and international suppliers. - Identify potential client improvements/efficiencies with respect to procurement, product category focus, and alternative point of sale development. - Support the account management team at an operational level including developing cost calculations, creating customer quotes and estimates, providing shipment tracking updates and leading product sourcing for designated accounts. - Provide status reports for each account/program and review weekly with internal account management team. - Collaborate with internal teams to support logistics, operational and financial goals. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or high school degree with 3+ years of full-time work experience. - Procurement outsourcing / brand / promotions experience a plus. - Ability to manage multiple projects and follow through. - Excellent written and verbal skills. - Exceptional detail-oriented skills; proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Self-starter with a can-do attitude and an appetite to learn. - Organized, with the ability to exercise independent judgement, problem solve and prioritize.
