Role Description As a Senior Director of Account Operations, you will be dedicated to driving financial excellence and operational efficiency across delivery operations. The position emphasizes: - Improving account financial performance through proactive monitoring and strategic interventions. - Evolving finance tools and operating models to enhance scalability and transparency. - Implementing tighter financial controls to ensure compliance and mitigate risk. - Managing account-level financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and corrective actions. - Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to support informed decision-making and enterprise-wide delivery assurance. Your role in our mission includes: - Serving as a key contributor to shaping the company's vision and direction for a global delivery model. - Evaluating effectiveness of company performance in relation to contracts, delivery, and effectiveness. - Providing independent voice and advice on review of proposals, ongoing projects, and accounts to ensure compliance and consistency. - Overseeing delivery assurance reporting. - Partnering with legal and financial teams to assess compliance with legal and financial standards and best practices. - Directing, managing, developing, and overseeing budget; ensuring activities are appropriately funded and managed. - Organizing and directing Global Delivery resources towards the company's go-to-market strategy. - Ensuring that delivery costs are within or better than contracted delivery costs. - Developing a strategy for the use of leveraged service centers to enhance cost-effective service delivery. - Driving improved account financial performance through proactive monitoring and strategic interventions. - Leading finance tools and operating model evolution to support scalability and efficiency. - Implementing tighter finance controls to ensure compliance and mitigate risk. - Managing account financial performance, including forecasting, variance analysis, and corrective actions. - Overseeing accurate and timely financial reporting for accounts and delivery operations. - Developing organizational and delivery models to drive consistency, efficiency, and effectiveness of account and financial operations across business units. Qualifications - Master’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Fifteen or more years in a supervisory or management capacity. - Experience working with product and services delivery in a global environment. - Experience working in a global organization of size, scope, and complexity. - Experience working with management implications of various forms of financial data and contracts/service agreements.
