Role Description Stantec is seeking an Environmental Project Manager who will be instrumental in expanding our Power industry footprint throughout the Gulf Coast Region. In this role, you will lead and guide projects and multidisciplinary teams, overseeing the full project life cycle, from early pursuit and proposal development through execution and delivery. This position has remote working flexibility with candidates preferably residing in Texas or Oklahoma. Your Key Responsibilities - Support project management and provide technical support for routing and siting, environmental surveying, reporting, and permitting services with a focus on power sector clients in Texas and Gulf Coast Region. - Collaborate with and manage a community of staff across various sectors, including but not limited to federal, state, and local clients, power, municipalities, and other industrial clients. - Identify project-specific environmental design and regulatory requirements for power projects according to the Client’s risk management profile, industry precedents, existing guidance, regulations, best practices, and lessons learned, and use that information to inform smart permitting strategy. - Establish project objectives and procedures and lead teams on proposals, planning studies, designs, due diligence and permitting projects. - Possess good business awareness and acumen and maintain a strong understanding of project management fundamentals: project scope, cost, schedule, and quality. - Grow Stantec’s professional relationships with stakeholders and decision makers within key client accounts. - Grow internal and external networks and identify additional high caliber talent across a range of professional disciplines to join the Stantec team. - Provide mentoring and training for staff. - Complete work in line with Stantec’s Core Values and in accordance with our Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) procedures and Design Delivery Guidelines. - Demonstrate active commitment to Stantec’s code of business conduct and ethics policies. - Engage and develop relationships with key industry partners that can help advance Stantec’s position in the marketplace. - Create and maintain internal relationships across Stantec’s practices and geographies to promote cross-selling of services. - Maintain a clear understanding of current and future market and business conditions, revenue and profit potential, and major clients and competitors within the Gulf Region markets with a focus on Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana. • Spearhead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE transformation programs across multiple business units and regions • Oversee program governance, delivery roadmaps, risk management, budgeting, and executive reporting • Manage cross-functional teams including solution architects, developers, business analysts, and third-party vendors • Drive integration initiatives across the Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Platform, Azure, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications • Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align CRM strategy with business objectives and operational transformation goals • Ensure delivery quality, scalability, security, and compliance across enterprise CRM environments • Support organizational change management, user adoption strategies, and business process optimization • Organize program dependencies, timelines, and delivery milestones within agile and hybrid delivery models

Role Description The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of assigned projects, ensuring that objectives are met on time, within budget, and to the required standards. You will manage all aspects of the project from initiation to closeout, working closely with the project team and clients to ensure successful delivery. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field (preferred). - 5-10 years of experience in construction or the trade industry. - PMP certification (preferred). Requirements - OSHA 10 certification (required). - Strong understanding of construction safety protocols. - In-depth knowledge of general construction practices, codes, and standards. - Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, specifications, and contracts. - Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Buildertrend, and Project Management Software (Procore, BIM360, etc.). - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. - Demonstrate core values of integrity, accountability, and professionalism. - Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times. • Maintain and manage the master project plan, milestones, and delivery roadmap across all workstreams. • Coordinate dependencies between parallel tracks — desktop collector, ETL migration, Admin UI rebuild, and Marketplace submission. • Ensure Snowflake Marketplace submission timelines (including the 8–12 week security review window) are tracked and sequenced correctly. • Manage scope change requests and keep decision logs up to date. • Conduct weekly status reviews with client leadership and proactively surface risks. • Act as the primary escalation point for blockers and inter-workstream conflicts. • Keep all parties aligned on priorities, constraints, and progress in a high-velocity environment. • Oversee knowledge transfer planning for the 6–9 month handover to the client's offshore software team. • Ensure documentation, processes, and context are structured for a smooth transition.
