Role Description Als Projektmanager:in & PMO (m/w/d) bist du das organisatorische Rückgrat unserer Projektteams und sorgst dafür, dass im Hintergrund alle Fäden, Timelines und Prozesse perfekt zusammenlaufen. Den Großteil deiner Zeit hältst du unseren Projektleitungen in den Beratungsmandaten operativ den Rücken frei und treibst die strukturierte Umsetzung der Projekte voran. Dabei schnupperst du echte Beratungsluft und bist hautnah bei unseren Leuchtturmprojekten dabei. Die übrige Zeit arbeitest du eng mit unserem Chief of Staff zusammen, unterstützt operativ bei internen strategischen Initiativen – und übernimmst unseren Social-Media-Auftritt Schritt für Schritt als dein eigenes Projekt. - Klassisches PMO & Projektmanagement in Kundenprojekten (60-70 %): - Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei der operativen Umsetzung der Mandate. - Koordination von Meetings, Workshops und Terminen mit internen und externen Beteiligten. - Aktualisierung der Projektdokumentation und Knowledge-Management-Systeme. - Übernahme des Projektcontrollings gemeinsam mit der Projektleitung. - Verlässliche Schnittstelle zwischen allen Beteiligten in großen Mandaten. - Interne Initiativen & Operations (ca. 30-40 %): - Hand in Hand mit dem Chief of Staff arbeiten und interne strategische Initiativen umsetzen. - Unterstützung bei der Organisation interner Vorhaben und Team-Events. - Eigenes Projekt - Marketing & Social Media: - Planung, Erstellung und Koordination des Contents für digitale Kanäle (insb. LinkedIn). - Eigenverantwortliche Handhabung des Markenauftritts. Qualifications - Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, kaufmännische Ausbildung oder relevante Berufserfahrung. - Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement, Projektassistenz oder Operations im Agentur- bzw. Role Description We are seeking a highly organized Remote Project Coordinator to support the domestic Project Management team by overseeing the administrative, documentation, and scheduling lifecycle of assigned projects. In this fully remote role, you will work closely with domestic Project Managers to ensure objectives are met on time, within budget, and to required standards. While domestic PMs handle on-site inspections and high-level approvals, you will seamlessly handle the crucial background coordination from project initiation to closeout.
