Regional Account Manager
VIAVI Solutions
Role Description Sales will be focused on VIAVI’s Tier III Accounts District and associated customers using existing and underdevelopment, VIAVI Fiber, Metro, and CIVT products. - Management of a hybrid channel environment where direction is given to Rep and Distribution partners. - Work with Business unit Product marketing and Engineering resources to define solutions that solve customer needs and manage customer process for acquisition. - Maintain Key account plans for target customers and regularly communicate strategic vision to management. - Maintain monthly forecast and key funnel metrics associated with assigned accounts/region. Qualifications - Bachelor of Science in related disciplines such as Technology, Engineering, Business. - 1-3 years of professional sales experience. Requirements - A working knowledge of current PON, Ethernet and Cable technologies. - Effective communicating with executives of Telecommunications Operators. - Self-starter with ability to work equally well as part of a team or independently. - Willingness and desire to travel 51-75%.
