Job Requirements

  • Experience Required: 2–3 years of personal injury legal support experience, with strong proficiency in Filevine.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Washington state personal injury law, including PIP agreements and lien processes.
  • Client Communication: Confident, empathetic communicator able to manage frequent client calls, texts, and emails.
  • Autonomy & Ownership: Able to take initiative, manage casework independently, and move files forward without micromanagement.
  • Technology Proficiency: Comfortable working in a fully remote environment using Gmail, Google Chat, and related tools.
  • Bilingual Advantage: Spanish proficiency is a plus, though not required.
