Job Requirements

Role Description As an integral member of the Facilities department, and working under the direction of the Director, Facility Operations & Planning, the Project Coordinator will act as the hospitals’ representative working with a multi-disciplinary team of hospital staff, professional consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to guide the planning, design, implementation, contract administration, and close out of multiple projects across the hospital, including Mackenzie Health community locations. The incumbent will work closely with hospital users to plan and design the physical space requirements to support process redesign objectives and hospital policies and procedures. The incumbent will ensure that plans are developed in accordance with best practice, adhering to applicable codes, standards, and relevant regulatory guidelines.
