What will your role be? You will be responsible for maximizing order intake, sales and customer satisfaction whilst developing and optimizing the customer relationship in order to ensure the long-term profitability of the accounts in your territory of the United States. You will contribute to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies. Our CRM is Salesforce and this will need to be maintained by you in order to assist in the analysis in Win & Loss deals, customer satisfaction, the competitive market and trends. For your customers you will ensure that quotations are validated by the business as well as delivered to the customer in a timely manner. You will ensure that customer feedback is relayed within the Medis organization. During trade shows we will expect you to be an active participant as well as during on site presentations and demonstrations. You are the key person as you interact with our customers and ensure the continuity of the relationship within all levels of the customer organization, including with the executive levels. This exciting role allows you to operate at a multi state level.
• Actively engage with customers daily to build relationships, identify opportunities, and drive sales growth across all HPG Brands. • Support Outside and National sales teams to ensure business success. • Collaborate closely with Associate Account Executives to grow the region. • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas across all HPG Brands subsidiaries. • Conduct proactive outreach to build relationships, discuss campaigns, and follow up on marketing initiatives. • Effectively engage in virtual meetings with customers and assist Outside Sales Teams. • Identify and secure new business opportunities within existing accounts. • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue goals. • Deliver high-quality customer service and support, including handling inbound queue calls. • Provide customer quotations in a timely manner. • Educate customers on HPG sales tools. • Update and manage CRM records in a NetSuite environment.
