Role Description As our Sales Representative, you will be responsible for supporting order intake, sales growth and customer satisfaction in your assigned territory. You will: - Develop and maintain strong customer relationships - Follow up on commercial opportunities - Support account development - Contribute to the achievement of sales targets - Work closely with customers, channel partners and internal teams - Support quotations, customer requests, on-site presentations and demonstrations - Maintain accurate customer and sales information in Salesforce - Share customer feedback within Medis - Represent Medis at trade shows, conferences and customer meetings Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration, biomedical imaging, IT or a related field - 2+ years of experience in sales, account management or business development in Healthcare, Medical Devices, Medical IT, imaging, hospitals, clinics, cardiology, radiology or a complex B2B environment - Knowledge of healthcare trends, industry standards and hospital environments - Commercial drive and motivation to grow Medis’ business in the assigned territory - Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce - Ability to travel frequently across the assigned territory Requirements - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Can-do attitude, energy, drive and determination - Professional and confident in speaking and presenting to customers - Proactive, hands-on and eager to learn - Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships Benefits - An attractive compensation plan, both fixed and variable - International, young and diverse colleagues - Personal growth and development opportunities - Innovative, highly relevant products that make a difference

Our headquarters are in Leiden, Netherlands, but we have subsidiaries and branch offices in the USA, Japan, Germany, France and the United Kingdom, as well as distributors and local agents in multiple countries. What will your role be? You will be responsible for maximizing order intake, sales and customer satisfaction whilst developing and optimizing the customer relationship in order to ensure the long-term profitability of the accounts in your territory of the United States. You will contribute to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies. Our CRM is Salesforce and this will need to be maintained by you in order to assist in the analysis in Win & Loss deals, customer satisfaction, the competitive market and trends. For your customers you will ensure that quotations are validated by the business as well as delivered to the customer in a timely manner. You will ensure that customer feedback is relayed within the Medis organization. During trade shows we will expect you to be an active participant as well as during on site presentations and demonstrations. You are the key person as you interact with our customers and ensure the continuity of the relationship within all levels of the customer organization, including with the executive levels. This exciting role allows you to operate at a multi state level.
