• Evaluate and quantify the performance of operating projects in Terra-Gen portfolio. • Build and utilize tools to assess and report on plant performance. • Interface with Operations, Asset Management, Finance, and Development teams. • Develop and implement tools/models to evaluate, monitor, and report on performance KPI’s across the Terra-Gen portfolio. • Oversee the resolution process to correct performance engineering issues. • Support Terra-Gen O&M teams, providing actionable items and gathering feedback from the field. • Work closely with TG development and engineering teams.

• Serve as a clinical and technical subject matter expert within Quality Assurance and provides advanced clinical expertise to assess device performance concerns, determine regulatory reportability, identify root causes, and support risk management activities. • Play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance, identifying safety signals, and supporting product quality and patient safety. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Manufacturing, and Clinical teams to evaluate complaints, interpret clinical and device data, and ensure accurate, compliant complaint handling in accordance with FDA, EU MDR, and other global regulatory requirements. • Partner closely with Field Clinical and Technical teams to ensure timely reporting of device-related issues and collection of complete, high-quality information to support thorough complaint investigation and evaluation. • Act as senior clinical and technical SME for complaint investigations involving implantable medical devices including assessment of device performance and patient outcomes. • Support Quality Leadership in identifying emerging product performance trends, reliability concerns, and potential risk signals through complaint trending and data analysis. • Perform global regulatory reportability assessments in accordance with applicable regulations, including FDA Medical Device Reporting (21 CFR 803), EU MDR Vigilance Reporting, TGA, PMDA, MHRA, and other international regulatory requirements. • Provide clinical and technical input to support regulatory submissions, responses to Competent Authority inquiries, and vigilance reporting activities. • Participate in cross-functional reviews of complaint trends, product performance, reliability, and patient safety. • Support internal audits, external audits, and regulatory inspections related to complaint handling, vigilance reporting, and post-market surveillance activities. • Drive continuous improvement of post-market surveillance (PMS) and complaint handling processes.

• Support complex equipment projects ensuring completion accurately and on-time • Manage project Profit and Loss (P&L) and customer satisfaction • Work with branch administrations to manage backlog execution, schedule, and forecast execution • Coordinate factory equipment order process to ensure compliance with contract documents • Ensure project documentation is compliant with contract requirements

• Lead substation protection and control engineering projects, partnering with design engineers and drafters to ensure high-quality deliverables are submitted on time. • Create and modify design documents and drawings, including electric substation one-lines, three-lines, control schematics, wiring diagrams, relay panel arrangements and specifications, conduit and cable sizing/routing, and bills of material. • Design auxiliary AC and DC power systems. • Develop SCADA systems and communications interfaces. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to fully integrate protection, control, automation, and monitoring systems. • Perform engineering calculations such as relay burden, voltage drop, short circuit studies, battery sizing, auxiliary AC and DC load tabulations, and other analyses required to support project success. • Perform relay coordination studies and prepare relay settings. • Conduct engineering and technical quality reviews of deliverables prepared by other engineers and designers. • Perform site walk-downs to independently scope project requirements as needed. • Coordinate material procurement and delivery to project sites. • Support Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle, including participating in client calls and meetings and assisting with project execution needs. • Contribute to the development of project cost estimates for substation protection and control projects, including planning, engineering/design, construction, and testing components.
