• This role is responsible for supporting the Education and Training team at CLSI and ensuring the seamless operation, administration, and enhancement of CLSI’s educational technology platforms, including the Learning Management System (LMS), digital credentialing tools, and webinar delivery systems. • By managing day-to-day workflows, maintaining high-quality learner support, and driving process improvements, this position plays a key role in delivering an exceptional educational experience. • Manage production logistics for webinars including scheduling, coordinating day-of details, organizing speaker planning and preparation meetings, and providing on call support for speakers and presenters. • Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of the LMS to ensure a smooth and seamless learner experience. • Manage the day-to-day operations within the Accredible digital badging and certificate platform. • Program and manage user administration for CLSI-issued customer surveys (education and other product/user experience content).
Job Requirements
- In-depth understanding of e-learning technologies and webinar production workflows.
- Familiarity with education delivery platforms and office and project management tools (eg, LMS, Accredible, Smartsheet, Qualtrics, DOMO).
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies and virtual collaboration best practices.
- Awareness of current trends and emerging best practices in instructional technology, adult learning, and user experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage concurrent projects, competing deadlines, and shifting priorities.
- High attention to detail in maintaining standardized content, logistics coordination, and data management.
- Proficient in analyzing workflows and using data to guide process improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.

Leadership Development Trainer

The Alameda County CA Santa Rita Jail (located in Dublin, CA) is a medium-security detention center operated locally by the Alameda County Sheriff's Office and holds inmates awaiting trial or sentencing or both. Most of the sentenced inmates are held there for less than two years. The Santa Rita Jail holds about 4000 inmates housed in one of eighteen modern housing units. It is considered a “mega-jail” and ranks as the third largest facility in California and the fifth in the nation. It is recognized as one of the most technologically innovative jails in the world. Telecare Corporation, the Alameda County Behavioral Health system, and the Santa Rita Jail have formed a unique partnership. Leveraging Telecare’s behavioral health expertise, an interdisciplinary team of nurses, clinicians, and prescribers will provide overnight services, including behavioral health screenings, assessments and evaluations, crisis services, and response to urgent and emergent referrals.
Role Description The incumbent will report to the Director of Learning and Leadership Development and be primarily responsible for planning, developing, implementing, evaluating and conducting instructor-led trainings for Telecare leaders, and other staff as requested by programs.
