Sales Manager – Network Components
Prysmian
• Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in network components. • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales and revenue targets. • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Utilities, EPC’s, Contractors, OEMs, distributors, integrators, and end-users. • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with vendors, suppliers, and technology providers. • Develop in-depth knowledge of network components, including splices, terminations, separable connectors and other cable accessories. • Track and analyze sales metrics, customer feedback, and market performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the technology industry.
- Strong understanding of network components and their applications.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
