Job Description
HVAC Account Manager
Bosch
• Represent one of the leading brands in the HVAC distribution channel for York Factory Direct promoting the Bosch portfolio in the assigned market. • Selling Residential and Commercial HVAC equipment, parts and supplies to HVAC contractors, with heavy emphasis on signing new York Dealers. • Develop partnerships with existing customers to increase share of wallet, while recruiting new customers into the York family to increase market share. • Provide leadership coaching throughout your career. • Support internal and external customers with technical commercial issues, quoting for light commercial HVAC equipment and supplies. • Proactive calls to customer base to drive sales and increase margins. • Order entry and shipment tracking where necessary. • Post-sale support as required. Facilitate product returns and train customers on warranty processing.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC technical knowledge
- 5+ years of customer service experience
- Experience supporting the sales team
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office software.
- Strong interpersonal, customer relationship and decision-making skills.
- Effective and professional communication and organization skills.
- Strong analytical skills and a positive human relations orientation.
