Procurement Manager
Hospitality Solutions
• Support contract redlining, vendor negotiations, renewal management, and procurement execution across SaaS, software, technology services, and related spend categories • Own a portfolio of deals, coordinate approvals and cross-functional reviews • Support Workday purchasing activities such as requisitions, POs, and issue resolution as needed • Lead/support negotiations for new vendors, renewals, expansions, and reductions • Review/redline commercial terms in MSAs, Order Forms, SOWs, and amendments • Negotiate key terms including price protections, renewal caps, usage/true-ups, SLAs, auto-renewal, termination, support • Assist with Workday purchasing (requisitions, approval support, POs, receipts, closeout) • Help monitor open/aging POs and support purchasing issue resolution as needed • Support vendor onboarding and supplier record maintenance • Build spend/pricing analyses using proposals, bids, history, budgets, and benchmarks • Partner with Finance to track savings/cost avoidance and budget impact • Support sourcing and renewals across SaaS, software, cloud/IT tools, marketing and technology vendors • Maintain renewal calendar; plan early to avoid auto-renewals and missed notice windows
Job Requirements
- 5–8+ years in Procurement/Strategic Sourcing/Vendor Management
- Strong software/SaaS/IT spend experience
- Experience working in Workday Procurement (or similar ERP/P2P environment)
- Proven negotiation of software/SaaS pricing, renewals, Order Forms, SOWs, and amendments – including contract redlining
- Knowledge of SaaS pricing, renewal management, vendor consolidation, license optimization, and TCO
- Experience with bid analysis, vendor comparisons, business cases, and savings tracking
- Strong cross-functional partner (Finance, Legal, Security/Privacy, IT, and business stakeholders)
- Strong analytical skills (spend/pricing analysis, models, and executive-ready summaries)
- Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities in high-growth environments
- Excellent communication, project management, and attention to detail

• The Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing – Indirect Spend serves as the vertical lead for Indirect Sourcing, accountable for developing and scaling a best-in-class sourcing operating model and leading a portfolio of sourcing initiatives across critical support-function categories (including Information Technology, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Commercial services). • This role leads end-to-end strategic sourcing engagements—from intake and prioritization through RFx execution, negotiation, and contracting—while enabling effective post-award supplier management by establishing performance frameworks, contract governance, and clear handoffs to business owners. • The Senior Manager will also build team capability, coach and develop talent, and act as a change leader driving adoption of consistent sourcing processes, tools, and performance metrics across the organization. • Lead the indirect sourcing intake and prioritization mechanism to ensure sourcing resources are focused on the highest-value and most time-sensitive business needs. • Establish and maintain a portfolio management rhythm for indirect sourcing, including prioritization, resourcing, milestone tracking, and executive visibility.
