Partner with the best As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you'll work in a global environment and contribute to enterprise application systems. You will own the responsibilities of business analysis end to end. You'll come up with innovative solutions for business problems and coordinate with development teams to implement them. As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for: - Partnering with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements for business success. - Create clear, comprehensive requirements artifacts including BRDs, FRDs, use cases, user stories, process maps, and data flow diagrams. - Collaborating with cross functional teams and support end-to-end implementation of enterprise applications by managing scope, risks, and dependencies. - Facilitate prioritization sessions, sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT planning, execution, and sign-off, ensuring defects are tracked and resolved prior to deployment. - Analyze business challenges and opportunities to recommend technology and process solutions aligned with organizational goals. - Adapt swiftly to evolving business needs, technologies, and organizational priorities with a proactive, solutions-first and an agile delivery mindset. - Demonstrate experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks with proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent. Do what you love To be successful in this role you will need to: - 5 to 7 years of progressive, relevant experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst. - Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects through full end-to-end implementation lifecycles. - Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for business analysis tasks — including documentation drafting, analysis acceleration, and insight generation. - Demonstrated experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks with proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent. - Strong working knowledge of SDLC methodologies, business process modeling, and data analysis techniques. - Leverage good strategic skills to map future business processes while maintaining a professional business attitude and awareness. - Excel in written and verbal communication to effectively collaborate with business and IT stakeholders.
