Junior Business Operations Coordinator
SOLV Energy
• Assist Business Operations Coordinator and Project Manager in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities. • Perform accurate data entry of Purchase Orders and Change Orders. • Manage vendor deliveries, tracking, and invoicing. • Manage vendor compliance activities. • Coordinate with accounting team to enter new vendors into ERP system. • Manage Master Service Agreement process with legal team. • Create Site Specific Safety Plans with input from various stakeholders. • Procure SOLV insurance and distribute to clients. • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures. • Manage and maintain strong vendor and subcontractor relationship through regular meetings and communications. • Attend and document project meetings (write minutes). • Assist in Identifying problems in operations process and resolve them timely manner. • Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations. • Ability to perform all essential Administrative duties. • Assist in maintaining a project filing system. • Verify correct codes for accounts payable invoices. • Compile and issue subcontracts and purchase orders using PDF program and DocuSign. • Warranty tracking. • Verify and Maintain inventory of Field Equipment. • Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Effective written and verbal English language communication skills
- Ability to use independent judgment, self-starting

• Configure tools, model data, work fluently inside business software, and contribute directly to ERP reporting and analytics delivery. • Administer, configure, and improve our BI and reporting platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Loveable, Claude Design or similar). Build and maintain data models, semantic layers, DAX/SQL, dataflows, and dashboards. • Help own reporting against our ERP, accounting, and supply chain systems. Configure integrations, design the data model, build reconciliations, and produce the financial, project, and supply chain reports the business runs on. • Play an active, in-the-configuration role in the ongoing multi-system implementation.
