Summary The Manager, Global Cross-Commercial Analytics is the lead driver behind Colgate’s unified commercial intelligence capability. This role bridges the gap between deep analytics and business action, influencing how the organization views performance across Marketing & Media Effectiveness (MME), Revenue Growth Management (RGM), and Customer & Sales Analytics. As a high-visibility team member, you will synthesize complex data into clear strategic narratives, driving a culture of data-driven decision-making and cross-functional alignment with Global and Division teams. Responsibilities - Orchestrate Unified Performance: Drive the creation of a holistic commercial view by synthesizing disparate metrics across Media, Pricing, and Retail Media into a harmonized view that provides clarity to senior leadership on marketing investment opportunities. - Define Strategic Standards: Function as the vital link between Advanced Analytics SMEs and Data Science teams to ensure cross-commercial analytics are integrated into the business's daily operations. - Analytics Synthesis & Meta-Learnings: Synthesize overarching trends from Social Commerce, Retail Media, Trade programs, and other business data, presenting high-impact POVs to senior stakeholders that steer global investment strategies. - Commercial Readiness & Learning Agendas: Partner directly with Division & Global teams to evaluate market readiness for advanced cross-commercial pilots and programs. Shape local learning agendas that address critical business questions. - Strategic KPI & Value Creation Frameworks: Lead the alignment of global KPIs, Value Creation frameworks, and unified definitions to ensure consistency across the global project portfolio, including consumer and professional marketing investments. - Drive Capability Adoption: Embed new integrated analytics frameworks tied to the 2030 corporate strategy into core commercial planning and decision cycles, working with Division and Global teams. - Data Strategy Advisor: Advise Global IT, Global Marketing, and Global Data Foundation teams, translating analytical needs into technical data requirements to ensure enterprise assets meet business goals. - 2030 Strategy Activation: Guide the development of the cross-commercial analytic framework in support of the 2030 Strategic Plan, ensuring capabilities are embedded into core commercial planning and decision cycles. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related marketing discipline. - 6+ years of experience in an analytics-focused role within the CPG, retail, or related industry. Preferred Qualifications: - Functional Expertise: Proficiency in at least one commercial domain: Marketing & Media Effectiveness, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), pricing & promotion analytics, trade spend optimization. - Strategic Influence: Proven ability to drive the adoption of new frameworks and influence change across a global organization. - Exceptional Communication: Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex analytical concepts into compelling recommendations for senior executive audiences. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range $120,000.00 - $155,000.00 USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
