Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in managing a high-volume global talent acquisition team, strategic TA Operations, or managing localized freelance/crowdsourced talent marketplaces.
- Demonstrated experience with contemporary Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern sourcing methodologies.
- Proven capability in data analytics, utilizing data tools to monitor marketplace dynamics, pipeline metrics, and team performance.
- Hands-on experience developing talent acquisition strategies, managing localized recruitment budgets, implementing new sourcing channels, and leading process optimization initiatives.
- Experience implementing tools or workflows that automate sourcing, vetting, and onboarding processes.
