• Assist in preparing special client remits and billings • Create billings to upload to invoice tracking software/portals for specific clients • Create and maintain accurate client customized remittance records via Excel and/or PDF • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as needed • Working alongside colleagues to respond to client queries in a timely manner • Communicate respectfully and effectively with authority figures and staff • Uphold judgment and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information

Role Description The Accounting Specialist plays a critical role in the financial operations of the organization. This position is responsible for various accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial transactions and reporting. The Accounting Specialist reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and collaborates closely with other members of the finance team.
