Director, Site Analytics

Torrid

• Define and champion the vision for Site Analytics as a critical growth driver for Torrid’s digital business • Own the digital analytics roadmap, including measurement strategy, platform evolution, experimentation, and data governance • Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior and executive leadership, translating complex data into clear insights and recommendations • Lead enterprise analytics initiatives, including GA4 migration, testing frameworks, customer data integration, and tracking best practices • Oversee site performance measurement across acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value • Lead experimentation and A/B testing strategies to drive measurable conversion and revenue impact • Ensure robust tracking and data quality through tag management systems and scalable data pipelines in partnership with Technology • Drive advanced analysis (attribution, funnel optimization, cohort and journey analysis) to uncover growth opportunities • Develop executive dashboards and KPI frameworks to create visibility and accountability across the digital business • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing analytics team while fostering a data-driven culture and self-service analytics capabilities • Act as the escalation point for complex data discrepancies and high-impact investigative analyses • Help define long-term data strategy in response to evolving privacy regulations and cookie deprecation

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in digital or site analytics, including people leadership
  • Deep expertise in web analytics platforms (Google Analytics / GA4) and digital measurement frameworks
  • Proven experience leading experimentation and A/B testing programs
  • Strong experience with tag management systems (e.g., Tealium) and site tracking implementation
  • Advanced SQL proficiency (BigQuery preferred) and experience working with large datasets
  • Experience with BI and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs, digital marketing measurement, attribution, and customer journey analytics
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and digital tracking frameworks
  • Experience with statistical or analytical tools (Python, R, etc.) preferred
  • Understanding of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and consent-based tracking frameworks.
