Operations Account Manager
GR8 Tech
• Ensure operational support and stable performance of an assigned client portfolio. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating internal teams to address client needs. • Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients. • Own operational support for an assigned client portfolio. • Act as the main escalation point for clients. • Bridge client needs with internal departments. • Monitor key performance metrics and report on client performance. • Document operational procedures and track development request progress. • Identify areas for automation or efficiency improvements within the client journey. • Present product updates, upgrades, and new functionality to clients. • Coordinate development planning and prioritization of client requests.
Job Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in the iGaming industry (preferably in Technical Account Management, Project Management, or Client Delivery).
- Advanced English and fluency in Ukrainian or Russian.
- Confident user of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Basic experience working with CRM and BI tools.
- Strong communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize operational tasks.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with SDLC processes and task management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro).
- Basic technical understanding of web services and integrations.
- Experience participating in commercial discussions or entry-level negotiations.

Role Description We are looking for a Sales Professional located in: - Evansville, IN - Belleville, IL The primary function of the Relationship Manager / Sales Rep is to grow, create, and increase revenue and number of merchants within an assigned territory through sales and building long-term relationships, primarily with referral sources and associated merchants. This role will target growth from existing customers, and new potential customers/prospects for the business.
