• Own company’s paid social strategy, optimization, audience targeting, performance reporting and budget management across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Truth Social • Manage day-to-day organic social media operations for assigned business segment, ensuring content aligns with enterprise brand standards and business priorities • Coordinate and partner with broader External Communications team and Creative Services to develop compelling, channel-specific copy and creative assets • Monitor all social channels for engagement opportunities, audience insights and potential business risks • Track, analyze and report campaign and channel performance, providing actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders • Stay current on social media platform updates, algorithm changes, paid advertising best practices and emerging trends in B2B, B2G and defense industry social media
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
- Extensive demonstrated experience managing enterprise-level paid social media campaigns across multiple business segments including budget management, audience targeting, A/B testing and performance optimization
- Proven track record creating high-quality organic social media campaigns that engage and grow audiences
- Strong proficiency with social media management platforms: LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Truth Social
- Proficiency in AP Style.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
