• Lead the development and maintenance of Enterprise Finance reporting, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and alignment with business needs • Design and build reporting dashboards for Enterprise Sales performance using data visualization tools (i.e, Sigma PowerBI, etc) including Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Business Reviews • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and variances • Translate data into clear, compelling narratives and presentations that communicate key drivers, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders • Communicate insights effectively across Finance & Sales, tailoring messaging to different audiences and driving alignment on key findings • Support forecasting, annual planning, and long-range planning processes through reporting and analysis • Partner with Sales Finance, FP&A, and data teams to align on key metrics, definitions, and reporting priorities • Collaborate with Data Engineering, Business Architecture, and Analytics teams to improve data pipelines and reporting capabilities • Serve as a subject matter expert for Enterprise financial data, ensuring consistency and resolving data issues • Build strong cross-functional partnerships and proactively engage stakeholders to ensure insights are understood, actionable, and aligned with business needs • Drive improvements in reporting processes, including automation and the use of AI tools to increase efficiency and scale

• Serve as a lead finance partner across the Core Events portfolio • Own Finance sign-off of event P&Ls, including review, challenge, and validation • Partner closely with Controllership to ensure accuracy of accounting treatment and completeness of accruals • Manage and develop Event Accountants • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close deliverables • Own budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planning processes • Partner with business leads to monitor revenue performance and cost drivers • Provide variance analysis vs. plan with actionable insights • Maintain and enhance financial models for ticketing and event operations • Act as finance lead for key events

• Project Coordination, this role will be assisting project managers with the coordination of resources, equipment, meetings, and information with the goal of completing projects on time and within budget. This role may be assigned to independently manage lower-level projects and provide program support aligned to long-term strategic priorities and plans, analysis and recommendations, external benchmarking, and internal business performance improvement and evaluation. The coordinator will work closely with other project managers to keep projects organized and running smoothly. • IT Budget, this involves analysis & oversight of the IT department’s forecasting, actual, accruals, amortization, expense planning, and contract management. This role will support oversight of IT budget initiatives/goals, reconciliation, accuracy, and maintenance across all areas of IT.
