Part-Time Faculty – Undergrad/Graduate Data Analytics

AVANTIS

• Provide high-quality instruction from a pre-designed curriculum • Mentor doctoral learners and participate in doctoral committees • Utilize online learning platform to enrich the learning experience • Be available within 48 hours to ensure learners receive quality feedback • Travel within the US to participate in doctoral residencies • Establish high standards and ensure learners understand evaluation criteria • Attend faculty meetings, workshops, and training as required

Job Requirements

  • Three years of professional experience required
  • Three years teaching experience required
  • Research, scholarship, or achievement in the discipline required for graduate level
  • Doctoral level experience with conducting and overseeing research required
  • Working familiarity with SAS, R, and Python required
  • Working familiarity with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning required
  • All degrees must be conferred and from a regionally accredited institution
  • Related industry certifications are preferred

Role Description A healthcare organization is seeking an experienced HRIS Data Analyst to serve as a key partner in optimizing and advancing its HR technology infrastructure. This is a high-impact role for a senior-level professional who can lead HRIS initiatives, analyze workforce data, support system implementations, and help educate operational leaders on data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate will be a strong UKG super user with experience navigating and supporting the full UKG suite while collaborating closely with HR, IT, and operational leadership teams. This organization is actively modernizing and improving its HR systems environment, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building processes, driving adoption, and creating operational efficiencies.
