HRIS Data Analyst

Role Description A healthcare organization is seeking an experienced HRIS Data Analyst to serve as a key partner in optimizing and advancing its HR technology infrastructure. This is a high-impact role for a senior-level professional who can lead HRIS initiatives, analyze workforce data, support system implementations, and help educate operational leaders on data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate will be a strong UKG super user with experience navigating and supporting the full UKG suite while collaborating closely with HR, IT, and operational leadership teams. This organization is actively modernizing and improving its HR systems environment, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building processes, driving adoption, and creating operational efficiencies. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary subject matter expert and super user for the UKG platform and related HR systems - Support HRIS implementations, upgrades, optimizations, and integrations in partnership with IT/IS teams - Analyze workforce and HR data to identify trends, improve reporting, and support strategic decision-making - Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for HR and operational leadership - Educate and support leaders on HRIS functionality, reporting tools, and data interpretation - Troubleshoot system issues, data discrepancies, and process inefficiencies - Assist with system configuration, testing, and process documentation - Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across HR systems - Recommend process improvements and system enhancements to improve operational efficiency Qualifications - Required experience working extensively with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) - Proven experience serving as an HRIS Analyst, HRIS Data Analyst, HR Systems Analyst, or similar role - Strong understanding of HR systems, reporting, analytics, and data management - Experience partnering with IT/IS teams on implementations and system projects - Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical leaders and stakeholders - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills - Advanced Excel and reporting experience preferred - Healthcare or hospital experience preferred, but not required Preferred Experience - Experience supporting HR transformation or modernization initiatives - Exposure to HRIS implementations in complex or multi-site organizations - Experience building reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics tools Additional Information - This remote position is currently limited to candidates located in GA, FL, or NC due to organizational requirements. - Initial onsite training/orientation required in Brunswick, GA - Ongoing travel expectation averages approximately 5 onsite days per month depending on business needs - Excellent opportunity for a senior HRIS professional looking to make a visible impact within a growing healthcare environment

Role Description We are looking for a Data & Analytics Summer Intern to help mature our analytics infrastructure and accelerate our transition into a highly data-driven organization. Requirements - The annual gross base salary range for this position is $60,000 (prorated over 12 weeks). - Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. - For Full-Time Regular Employees, this position is also eligible for additional compensation as follows: - Sales Roles: This position is eligible for a commission structure in addition to base salary. - Non-Sales Roles: This position is eligible for an annual bonus which is paid dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
