AI/ML Developer – Specialist, Platform & Enablement

Compass

• Lead technical enablement for engineering and product teams in the use of the AI Web platform • Lead adoption of components, patterns and best practices for developing and deploying AI agents at scale • Coordinate and execute migrations of legacy AI solutions to the new platform • Continuously identify bugs, documentation gaps and adoption barriers; propose solutions and follow through on their implementation • Produce high-quality technical materials, including: • Technical guides and tutorials • Reference architectures • Operational runbooks • Practical code examples • Translate feedback from internal communities into actionable inputs for product and engineering teams • Act as the technical authority and primary point of contact between the AI platform and its consumer teams • Support the definition and evolution of architectural and governance standards for AI solutions

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience with AI/ML platforms in production within large enterprise environments
  • Deep knowledge of AI agents, LLMs and workflow orchestration patterns
  • Previous experience in technical enablement, developer advocacy, solution architecture or AI platforms
  • Proven ability to produce reference technical documentation and to lead knowledge-transfer sessions
  • Highly autonomous, with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions and execute with minimal direction
  • Strong communication skills with diverse technical audiences

Role Description Market Developers drive ChemPoint’s marketing efforts through the sales process by handling all web leads and leads from traditional campaigns.
