Corporate Human Resources Manager

• Oversee daily HR operations for corporate employees • Provide guidance, oversight, and support to on-site HR managers assigned to contract locations throughout the United States • Monitor and interpret multi-state employment laws and regulatory requirements • Ensure compliant HR practices, policies, documentation, and processes • Provide guidance and resolution support on employee relations matters • Manage performance issues, corrective action, workplace concerns, and policy interpretation • Develop and continuously improve recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes • Create, implement, and maintain HR standard operating procedures, training materials, and process documentation • Administer and provide guidance on leave programs and accommodations, including ADA, FMLA, military leave, and other applicable federal and state leave requirements • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business leaders to assess organizational needs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Minimum 7 years of progressive human resources experience, including demonstrated responsibility for HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and performance management
- Strong working knowledge of federal employment laws and multi-state HR compliance requirements
- Experience supporting leave administration and accommodations, including ADA, FMLA, military leave, and related processes
- Experience developing or improving recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle programs
- Experience creating SOPs, process documentation, training materials, and practical HR tools for managers and employees
- Strong communication, professionalism, judgment, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office applications, and standard HR reporting/documentation practices
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
