• Support IMO Program Manager through data analysis and reporting • Leverage Smartsheet Integration structure to deliver full program. • Assist in Steerco, board, cross functional and functional workstream alignment via presentation creation and project plan management • Socialize program structure, roles, governance for contractors managed under the IMO • Oversee multiple workstreams’ progress via dashboards to ensure progress toward stated goals • In collaboration with IMO team, drive prioritization, optimization, and decisions on direction of IMO and resource allocation and manage risks • Conduct data validation and reconciliation to maintain data accuracy and integrity • Assist in the development and maintenance of market operation systems and tools • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues • Prepare and deliver periodic reports and presentations related to market operations • Identify opportunities for process improvements and help implement solutions • Participate in testing and implementation of new tools or system enhancements • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies related to market operations

• Support the management of cross-functional, strategic projects • Build dashboards to monitor contract quality indicators • Drive continuous improvement by interfacing with various internal teams • Develop analyses to identify opportunities to improve contract management and quality • Design and ensure execution of internal processes to guarantee contract quality

• Review, analyze, and validate division orders for accuracy and completeness • Verify ownership interests using title documents, leases, deeds, probate records, and related documentation • Calculate and confirm ownership and revenue interests • Identify and resolve discrepancies related to ownership, title, or revenue distribution • Maintain organized records and supporting documentation • Collaborate directly with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams • Ensure work product aligns with company standards and project expectations • Support ongoing ownership and title-related projects as assigned

• Administration of on-premises and cloud databases (environment provisioning, patching, backup and restore, updates, upgrades, migrations, performance analysis, tuning, high availability configuration, disaster recovery) • Automation of administrative and operational routines using scripts and monitoring tools • Monitoring SLAs, operational indicators and preventive/proactive actions • Participation in migration projects (on-premises and cloud), modernization and environment transformation • Analysis and remediation of vulnerabilities, hardening and database compliance • Incident management, advanced troubleshooting and participation in crisis rooms • Administration of RAC, Data Guard, OGG and replication solutions • Preparation of technical documentation, operational procedures and recovery plans • Support of production, staging, development and disaster recovery environments
