Role Description We are currently looking for an Executive Coordinator to work directly with the CEO and support cross-functional operational coordination across different teams including HR, Finance, IT, and Administration. This role is ideal for a highly organized and proactive professional looking for strong career exposure, operational growth, and direct involvement in leadership activities. Tasks - Executive Coordination - Manage executive calendars and coordinate meetings across different time zones. - Prepare agendas, meeting materials, presentations, and documentation for leadership discussions. - Document meeting outcomes and ensure follow-up on action items and priorities. - Support the CEO in maintaining visibility across operational activities and ongoing initiatives. - Operational Follow-Up - Track ongoing initiatives, internal tasks, and deadlines across teams. - Follow up with stakeholders to ensure operational priorities remain on schedule. - Coordinate with different departments to facilitate communication and execution. - Assist in improving internal coordination and workflow efficiency. - Documentation & Reporting - Maintain organized documentation across shared digital workspaces and internal systems. - Ensure operational information, reports, and processes remain structured and accessible. - Assist in preparing internal reports, summaries, and executive presentations. - Administrative & Operational Support - Provide administrative and operational support related to internal processes and ongoing projects. - Assist with reporting, coordination, and organizational follow-up activities. - Contribute to process improvements and operational optimization initiatives.
