• Research prospective Tier 1 publishers and prepare concise briefing materials for the EVP ahead of all external calls. • Coordinate complex scheduling between executive leadership and Comscore Top 250 stakeholders. • Manage and execute post-meeting communications, ensuring no deal stalls due to administrative friction. • Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to ensure pitch decks and collateral are tailored for named accounts. • Maintain meticulous records in the CRM, tracking the movement of executive-led deals through the pipeline.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years experience in sales support, account management, or a high-level administrative role.
- 1+ year in CRM management- Hubspot preferred
- You are a "finisher." You take pride in the details and thrive on making others more effective.
- Exceptional written and verbal skills; you can draft an email that sounds like it came from the EVP’s desk.
- You are comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
