Flow Control Group

Role Description - Proactively identifies and pursues new sales opportunities. - Spends the majority of time calling new or existing customers to create new sales opportunities. - Develops and implements strategic account plans to proactively pursue new business. - Consultatively sells technology to new and existing customers. - Recommends technical solutions to solve customer problems. - In conjunction with CB management, negotiates pricing with principals and customers within established principal pricing guidelines. - Proactively assesses and ensures customer satisfaction to sustain strong and profitable relationships. - Maintains current knowledge of principal products and new technology. - Maintains current knowledge of industries in the territory and competitive landscape. - Accurately and timely documents sales activities. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree plus 5–9 years of related experience. - Deep knowledge of product lines and related technology. - Knowledge of, or ability to learn, customer processes and business practices to identify products that provide optimal solutions. - Understanding of the technology sales process, including lead generation, lead pursuit, closing techniques, and customer relationship management. - Understanding of discounting, margins, and multipliers. - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products and CRM systems. Requirements - Wide latitude for independent judgment and decision-making. - This position is conducive to remote work; most time is spent on outside sales calls. - This position is responsible for the sale of Armstrong International products and services in commercial markets. - Regional travel to customer locations is necessary; reliable transportation is essential. - Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, with flexibility based on business and personal needs. - Every position requires certain physical capabilities. Role Description We are looking for an Account Manager to support and manage relationships between Korean game clients and Keywords Studios’ global production teams. This role will act as a key communication bridge throughout game production and project collaboration processes, helping ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams across multiple global studios. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of game development and production workflows, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage long-term client relationships in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. In this role, you will work closely with Korean clients, Keywords Studios’ global production teams, and internal stakeholders to support project visibility, production coordination, and successful project delivery across a variety of game development services. Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain strong relationships with Korean game industry clients and partners. - Act as the primary communication bridge and key point of contact between Korean clients and Keywords Studios throughout ongoing projects. - Coordinate project-related communication, timelines, deliverables, and workflow visibility across multiple teams and stakeholders. - Support smooth collaboration between clients and internal production teams throughout the project lifecycle. - Work closely with global production teams across Art, Development, and Engineering functions to ensure alignment on project goals and production priorities. - Translate client feedback, requests, and production-related updates into clear and actionable communication for internal teams. - Proactively identify potential risks, communication gaps, and production challenges, and collaborate with stakeholders to support problem solving. - Help bridge cultural and communication gaps between clients and global production teams. - Participate in regular client meetings and provide project status updates when necessary. - Maintain accurate records of client communication, project updates, and account activities within internal systems. - Support long-term client relationships through professional communication, trust building, and consistent project support. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support Keywords Studios’ long-term growth strategy and business expansion initiatives within the Korean market. Qualifications - Fluent Korean communication skills required. - Professional working proficiency in English and/or Japanese is strongly preferred. - Prior experience within the video game industry is highly preferred. - Experience in Game Production, Project Management, Production Coordination, Account Management, or related roles within the gaming industry. - Strong understanding of game development pipelines and production workflows. - Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, teams, or external partners. - Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects while maintaining strong attention to detail. - Self-motivated and comfortable working in a global and fast-paced environment. - Understanding of console, PC, or mobile game development environments is a plus. - Experience working with global teams or external development partners is a plus.
