You'll deliver enterprise-grade techno-functional support across a sophisticated Oracle ecosystem, providing expert second-level assistance for escalated issues from business stakeholders. About you We are looking for someone who has: - Extensive hands-on experience in Oracle HCM, including Core HR, spanning both implementation and ongoing support. - Experience with configuring and supporting Oracle Redwood features and the Oracle HCM AI Agent (including setup, user enablement, and troubleshooting) will be preferred. - Demonstrated expertise in functional support, issue resolution, and expert in troubleshooting Core HR issues, including workflows, data errors, and process breakdowns. - Proficiency in using SQL, HDL (HCM Data Loader), mass uploads, and validation activities. - Skilled in maintaining and troubleshooting OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts for operational and compliance reporting. - Strong experience in managing user roles, security profiles, and resolving access-related issues across HCM. - Hands-on experience in regression testing, impact analysis, and issue resolution during Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and patches.
