• Develop and implement strategic sales plans in accordance with corporate goals • Develop and execute Joint Business Planning (JBP) Goals with Walmart and Sam’s Club • Develop strategies to drive Brands and Category growth • Direct sales forecasting and projection activities for Holistic Health brands • Manage Trade budget and monitor spending efficiency that focus on a strong ROI • Deduction Management • Understand customer’s go-to-market strategy and how to maximize sales efficiency • Maintain, foster, and grow existing and new relationships within customers at the executive level including Senior Divisional, Buyer and Senior Buyer • Deliver budget plan and new product distribution goals • Manage Trade budget and monitor spending efficiency focused on strong ROI • Monthly reporting, sales analytics and insights; understand go-to-market strategy and how to maximize sales efficiency • Customer P&L management • Perform other duties as required
Job Requirements
- Minimum 8-10 years National Account sales experience
- Must have at least 8 years successful outside sales experience in the Club, Grocery, Drug, and/or Mass retail channels
- Must have prior experience using syndicated data to determine customer needs and establish the most effective pricing and promotional activities that will increase sales and market share for the company and its customers
- Knowledge regarding Project Management, and experience with setting up and managing projects in a complex, fast-moving environment
- Knowledge regarding relationship management, experience and mindset to work with partners in building initiatives that deliver on goals
- Prior category management processes and implementation experience
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Ability to work remotely

Role Description You will contribute to an industry-leading team by supporting client success through innovative advisory, capital, and technology offerings. This role focuses on Bermuda and is based there or remote, requiring frequent travel to Bermuda and North America. It is part of the Life Solutions practice within Aon's Strategy and Technology Group. In this senior leadership role, you will act as Managing Director – Life Advisory, Bermuda, reporting directly to the Senior Managing Director, Head of Life Capital Advisory, North America. You will play a central role in advancing Aon’s Bermuda life and annuity advisory and technology solutions, guiding business development, client delivery, and market presence for: - Life capital provisions and transactions motivated by capital - Life advisory and actuarial services based in Bermuda - Assisting PathWise® and wider Life Solutions technology and analytics sales within the Bermuda market You will: - Originate and lead engagements with Bermuda‑domiciled life and annuity insurers, reinsurers, and private capital platforms, passionate about capital solutions, advisory, and outsourcing. - Serve as the main commercial representative of Aon Life Solutions in Bermuda, working closely with the North American Life Capital Advisory head, global Life Solutions leadership, and Aon Bermuda colleagues. - Collaborate with senior leaders (CEOs, CFOs, Chief Actuaries, CROs, Heads of Capital, Heads of Bermuda Operations) to help optimize capital, manage risk, and meet regulatory and reporting obligations. • Develop the overall strategy and target Partners for our GSI, CSP and Technology partners ecosystem. • Serve as Executive Sponsor for these Partners, as well as escalation point. • Recruit and manage a sales-oriented team in order to achieve set KPI and Targets. • Collaborate with Sales and Service Leadership to ensure Partners are working successfully and fully engaged. • Build business plans and measure regularly across all Partner Types. • Participate in Partner QBRs and drive performance and tweak execution where required and report back to entire Partner Team. • Work with Executive Team to align with company priorities and report status and perform QBR’s. • Engage with Enablement and Partner SE teams to ensure proper tools are in place and delivery and execution is working with Partners. • Help RPM’s with engagement of Strategic Partners. • Work with our Partner Marketing teams to build plans and ensure proper execution of events and track performance on any spend / activity. • Work closely with ServiceNow counterparts and teams to ensure coordinate effort and focus on right Partners.
