Job Requirements
- Two years of practitioner experience in the security industry required.
- Minimum of 2 full-time years of paid practical work experience in the security industry required.
- Extensive experience, researching, implementing, and administrating existing and new security-specific software, techniques and tools required.
- Extensive experience with general, offensive, and defensive security practices and policies required.
- Experience presenting at professional conferences on a national and/or local level required.
- Membership/affiliation in an educational leadership organization on a national, regional, and/or local level required.
- Working familiarity with artificial intelligence, policy, governance, and compliance within cybersecurity required.
- Working familiarity of the current practices and applications of artificial intelligence within cybersecurity required.
- Expertise in vulnerability assessment, intrusion detection, incident response, penetration testing and system administration strongly preferred.
- Online higher education teaching experience or field education experience (teaching, liaison, or supervision) strongly preferred.
