Role Description CTG is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead enterprise cybersecurity initiatives across infrastructure security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), SIEM detection and automation, and Application Security domains. This role requires strong Agile project management expertise, technical acumen, and the ability to manage complex cross-functional cybersecurity projects from initiation through delivery. Location: - Preferred locations are Atlanta, GA; Raleigh, NC; or Charlotte, NC. - Remote candidates will also be considered. Duration: - 12 months Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage enterprise cybersecurity projects through the full project lifecycle. - Coordinate technical teams, stakeholders, vendors, and business partners to ensure successful project delivery. - Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. - Drive Agile project execution using tools such as Jira, Rally, and related methodologies. - Provide project governance, status reporting, issue management, and executive communications. - Support cybersecurity initiatives involving: - Security Infrastructure - Identity and Access Management (IAM) - SIEM detection and automation - Application Security - Ensure alignment with cybersecurity standards, compliance requirements, and organizational objectives. Qualifications - Strong project management experience within Cybersecurity or Information Security environments. - Technical understanding of cybersecurity technologies and security operations. - Experience leading Agile projects using Jira, Rally, or similar tools. - Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and communication skills. - Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. - Professional curiosity and the ability to navigate complex technical environments. Requirements - 5+ years of cybersecurity project management experience. - Experience managing enterprise-scale technical initiatives and cross-functional teams. - Proven success managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments. Preferred Qualifications - Technical consulting experience highly preferred. - Certifications such as: - PMP - CSM - SAFe - AI for PMs Education - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience. - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
