Role Description The Contract Specialist is responsible for managing contracts within Trojan UV’s Commercial business, including: - Reviewing, drafting, and supporting the negotiation of a broad range of commercial agreements (e.g., sales, distribution, change orders). - Working closely with the Global Contracts Manager, regional Contract Managers, business leaders, and cross-functional teams. - Acting as a key point of contact between Regional Sales Managers, Contract Managers, Finance, and occasionally end users during the bidding process and purchase order negotiations.
