• Facilitate the delivery of appropriate benefits and/or healthcare information which determines eligibility for benefits while promoting wellness activities • Develops, implements and supports Health Strategies, tactics, policies and programs that ensure the delivery of benefits and to establish overall member wellness and successful and timely return to work. • Use a collaborative process of assessment, planning, facilitation, care coordination, evaluation, and advocacy for options and services to meet an individual’s and family’s comprehensive health needs through communication and available resources to promote quality, cost effective outcomes.

• Own and optimize end-to-end manufacturing processes within IQMS, ensuring data integrity, system alignment, and operational performance across planning, production, inventory, and shipping. • Own system workflows across: Order → Planning → Production → Inventory → Shipping → Invoicing • Responsible for how the process actually runs—not just how it’s configured • Work with new product development team to ensure BOM accuracy and routings / cycle times accuracy • Align IQMS with real plant behavior: machine scheduling, labor reporting, downtime tracking • Identify bottlenecks using ERP + shop data and drive measurable improvements in throughput, scrap, on-time delivery, and inventory turns • Configure and maintain work orders, BOMs, routings, E-Plant structures, and inventory transactions • Define and enforce standard operating procedures tied to ERP transactions

• Identify, conduct outreach (including cold calls & letter campaigns) and establish relationships with list of targeted landowners/developers to secure viable land for project sites and easements. • Negotiate, draft, and review agreements containing favorable business terms for a wide variety of transaction documentation including purchase options, lease options, lease agreements, transmission lines, access roads, and right of way easements. • Work independently to build trust with prospective landowners. • Perform high level analysis and review of title, zoning, floodplain, easements, leases, permitting fees, entitlement process, and other site-specific considerations. • Advise on any fatal flaws or issues that may prohibit acquisition or development. • Assist in providing advice and guidance to Land Specialists to guide them through the acquisition process. • Document all pertinent communications with landowners in database system and organize all information using prescribed methods. • Collaborate with individual department, as well as cross-functionally with other departments within the organization. • Maintain organizational excellence in terms of project timelines and deliverables. • Coordinate with legal counsel and contracts department to complete lease, purchase and easement documents. • Demonstrates the Clēnera Core Values of Caring, Committed, and Courageous. • Other duties as assigned.

• Responsible for providing coordination of planning for contractors, and craft activities on a utility scale solar site • Develop and enhance relationships by providing superior service • Collaboratively develop site-specific inspections and test reports • Ensure all records required from the Quality Management system are controlled • Review mechanical job specifications, drawings, and the submittals • Make daily inspections of the work in progress • Witness mechanical benchmarks as required by the contract • Observe workers using tooling to verify operation and maintenance according to quality assurance standards • Recommend revisions to methods of operation, material handling, and equipment layout • Assist in resolving any mechanical discrepancies
