Role Description pureIntegration is seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Admin with a strong background in user support and system maintenance to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the stability, efficiency, and scalability of the Salesforce platform while serving as a key point of contact for users across the client organization. This position is fully remote within the U.S. and is a W-2 hourly engagement for 6 months, with a likelihood of extension. The hourly rate is $60 - $70/hr. Candidates will be paid based on their work experience and skills. Candidates are also eligible for limited benefits such as health insurance, professional development, training, our referral bonus program, and our wellness program. Responsibilities: - Salesforce Administration Support: Provide responsive support to global Salesforce users, managing and resolving support tickets related to account records, opportunity management, permissions, and access issues. - Account Master Data Maintenance: Assist in creating, deduplicating, and updating account records and hierarchies in line with global standards and regional variations. - Data Flow and Integration Monitoring: Monitor data syncs between Salesforce and order platform, identifying and resolving issues to ensure accurate opportunity handoff for downstream order ingestion. - Hierarchy and Territory Support: Support enhancements and maintenance of the account and opportunity hierarchy (e.g., parent/child accounts, overlays) to ensure alignment with reporting needs and territory structures. Qualifications - Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business, Marketing) is preferred. - Certifications: Salesforce Administrator certification is required. - Years of Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in consulting, AdTech, media, or a related digital advertising environment. - AdTech Expertise: Understanding of the advertising technology ecosystem, including CRM and common integration points within the Ad Stack preferred. - Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations. - Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Client-Facing Skills: Proven experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
