Role Description WSP is currently initiating a search for a Junior Supply Chain Analyst. Be involved in projects with our P&E team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our clients’ objectives and solves their challenges. This position will have the ability to work remotely from anywhere in the United States. WSP will not provide sponsorship for this position. The purpose of this role is to enhance the capability of the SCM Initiative development. The role will be responsible for: - Supporting the integration of technology systems into the overarching SCM strategy and initiative at WSP. - Maintaining the standard operations of the platform while providing field technical support and training as needed. - Supporting the lead developer in managing the SCM portfolio of work in the development of tailored reporting and solutions based on the unique needs of the respective client organizations. - Partially utilized for full stack development in support of our development team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - IMS Ops: - Serve as the secondary interface for all SCM projects regarding troubleshooting and issue correction related to the system. - Primary interface with internal and external system developers. - Provide IMS training as needed to team members. - Analytics: - Support active projects with custom reporting/tools based on client demands. - Develop BI dashboards in support of project requirements. - Develop BI dashboards at the departmental level to provide visibility on all projects across the country. - Manage all business processes and forecast all material requirements. - Monitor all inventory levels across projects to ensure timely delivery and maintain all metrics for performance. - Analyze and establish all material requirements for all forecasts and maintain track of all material orders. - Supply Chain Management: - Perform supply chain and logistics functions, such as material/services procurement, production planning, inventory control, outsourcing, vendor selection, and distribution. - Coordinate and integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and customers. - Additional duties as needed/assigned. Qualifications - 3 to 5 years of relevant post-education experience in a project management support role within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry. - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, project management, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a technical or engineering firm. - Extremely proficient in the Office 365 suite of software, with an emphasis in Excel (Equations, Power Queries, VBA, etc.). - Experience with Power BI; Power Automate a plus. - Experience in the development, documentation, and integration of technology systems. - Periodic travel to Project locations will be required (10-15%). - Knowledge of coding languages required: - JavaScript - TypeScript - Node.js - Express.js - EJS - HTML 5 - CSS 3 - MVC Preferred Qualifications - Master's Degree. - Knowledge of the following a plus: - Render - Neon DB - PostgreSQL - MongoDB - React

The selected candidate will conduct comprehensive analyses for supply chain management functions and supply chain risk management methodologies, evaluate legacy technology compatibility with AI-enabled capabilities, and evaluate industry best practices for potential improvement pathways. This role will interface with Department of War and Federal Agencies stakeholders, contributing to all aspects of supply chain process improvement and resilience. Noblis' mission is to support the Department of War and other Federal Agencies in strengthening supply chain performance, reducing mission readiness constraints, and advancing modernization pathways for defense logistics operations. ****This role can be worked remotely, but since the customer will be based out of the Washington DC area preference may be given to candidates within a commutable distance to the DC area.
