Lead Product Manager, Content
PaltaHealth & well-being tech company led by entrepreneurs on a mission to create a positive impact globally.
• Own and drive key product metrics for trial conversion and retention: 1st renewal rate, 1st workout rating, welcome workout completion, workout-to-workout conversion, 6-week plan completion, trial-to-paid CR. • Own the coach persona end-to-end. Define how the coach speaks, when she shows up (workout, chat, educational content, CRM, push), and what coach remembers about the user. • Run a fast experimentation loop. Generate, prioritize, ship, and read new content hypotheses across welcome workout, weekly drops, coach chat, educational content, and CRM. • Own user-coach chat as a first-class product surface. Define the conversation system (AI, human-in-the-loop, or hybrid), the tone of voice, and the experiments that move chat → next workout and chat → retention. • Define the topic roadmap and 6-week block structure together with the SME Content Methodologist. You decide what we ship and in what order; the SME signs off on methodology. • Design programs at the workout, week, and 6-week block level (welcome workout, weekly intent, regression and progression rules) in partnership with the SME and external master trainers per discipline. • Evolve the in-product programming experience: how the user discovers a program, lands on a workout, gets feedback, and is nudged back tomorrow. • Drive cross-feature conversion: workout → chat, workout → educational content, chat → next workout, and any new content type we ship. • Scale topics together with the Content Producer, balancing production speed, cost-per-topic, and content quality across studio shoots and AI-generated content. • Commit to a quarterly production cadence with the Content Producer (topics, formats, delivery dates) and adjust based on what experiments tell you. • Analyze product data directly to find retention and engagement opportunities. Not via a PM proxy. • Build deep intuition for women 40+ as the user and as the audience the coach is speaking to.
