Role Description We are looking to further grow our professional services team in the US to support the onboarding of our new enterprise customers. We are looking for a senior team member who is experienced in driving complex software implementation projects. - Bring a consultative mindset and demonstrate expertise in leading complex scoping workshops with Resource Management and IT teams. - Hands-on in data mapping and configuration, ensuring customers get the most out of our product. - Active learners who apply their growing expertise in Dayshape, Resource Management, and the complex needs of Professional Services customers. - Enjoy winning the hearts and minds of senior customer stakeholders and leveraging experience to develop internal and external processes. - Problem-solver, independently figuring out how to solve novel challenges and bring about business transformation. - Join a fast-growing US professional services team, currently at nine members. - Anticipate a few days of travel each quarter to customer sites as required through the course of the project. Qualifications - Extensive experience in a similar role involving consultative SaaS implementations. - A blend of soft and technical skills to effectively analyze business needs. - Significant experience working with or within large global enterprises, including accountancy, professional services firms, media agencies, or IT consultancies. - Hands-on experience configuring complex software solutions and designing integrations with CRM and ERP solutions. - Strong customer-facing skills; ability to win hearts and minds and guide stakeholders through complex business change. - A consultative attitude and demonstrable experience delivering solutions to customers' requirements. - The ability to contextualize pain points in a customer's business and apply and configure Dayshape to drive meaningful efficiencies and improvements. - A logical and analytical approach to problem-solving. - Experience mentoring less experienced team members. - Confidence deputizing for a Project Manager when needed. - A seasoned remote worker with experience in a geographically distributed team. - The ability and attitude to contribute from day one! Requirements - Experience implementing Workday or other PSA solutions. - Experience working in resource management and/or the accounting industry. - Experience leading current-state and future-state workshops as part of an implementation project. - Implementation pre-sales (solution consultant) experience. • As Senior Solutions Engineer, you own the technical go-to-market for AudioGraph. • You are the most technically fluent person on the commercial side of the business—leading complex pre-sale engagements, designing repeatable implementation playbooks, and building the operational infrastructure for a best-in-class customer experience from first pitch through post-campaign wrap-up. • You will have direct, measurable impact on sales effectiveness, deal velocity, and client retention. • Lead technical pre-sale engagements with agency holding companies and mid-market agencies, translating AudioGraph capabilities into solutions that align with their buying workflows, planning tools, and KPIs. • Build reusable pitch assets—technical one-pagers, demo environments, objection-handling frameworks, ROI calculators—that equip sellers to move deals forward without waiting for SE availability. • Reduce time-to-proposal by owning a standardized deal configuration process: audience strategy, market selection, measurement approach, and pricing structure templated and ready to customize. • Participate directly in high-value pitch meetings and RFP responses; own the technical narrative that differentiates AudioGraph from competing audio solutions. • Train and enable the seller base through recurring technical workshops, deal clinics, and 1:1 coaching on how to position AudioGraph’s capabilities. • Design and own the end-to-end client lifecycle playbook.
